Summary
The principal technical solutions used for a typical mini-factory commissioned by ZAO-Sigma-gas in Peterhof (Saint Petersburg) on the basis of a previous liquefaction plant are presented. To increase the refrigerating capacity of the main throttle separation cycle, an external refrigerating circuit for high pressure gas (a two-stage freon refrigerating machine K-127) was used. An increase in the working pressure of the cycle from 120-140 bar to 180-190 bar with substitution of the recuperative heat exchanger for the heat exchanger developed by OOO Intellect was also a contributing factor in the essential increase in refrigerating capacity of the installation.
