Summary

MEAT PRODUCTS ARE MARKETED EITHER IN CHILLED OR IN FROZEN CONDITION. IN BOTH CASES, REFRIGERATION IS DEEPLY INVOLVED TO DETERMINE THE QUALITY. THE FREEZER IS A HYBRID IQF MACHINE WHICH CAN PROVIDE BOTH CONTINUOUS COOLING MECHANISM FEATURED BY BELT FREEZERS AND RAPID COOLING PERFORMANCE BY CONTACT-PLATE FREEZERS. THE NEWLY DEVELOPED AND PATENTED COOLING MECHANISM OF THIS FREEZER IS AS FOLLOWS: UPPER SIDE OF THE PRODUCT IS CONTACT-COOLED BY LOW-TEMPERATURE BRINE THROUGH A FLEXIBLE SHEET BELT WHICH CONTAINS BRINE AND WRAPS THE PRODUCT FROM UPPER SIDE. IN THE SAME MANNER, BOTTOM SIDE IS CONTACT-COOLED BY LOW-TEMPERATURE BRINE THROUGH A STEEL BELT WHICH FUNCTIONS AS A BELT CONVEYOR.
