Summary
The adoption of various measures at different points in the food chain, accompanied by a change in the food shopping basket, will allow the activity of eating to meet the 2010 target of the Kyoto Protocol. This research was conducted partly under the umbrella of the greenhouse project of the Universities of Groningen, Utrecht and Wageningen, within the framework of the National Research Programme for Global Air Pollution and Climate Change.
