Summary

Fishing and fish preparation vessels were equipped with mechanical freezing facilities with four horizontal plate freezers each. The freezing capacity with fish fillets is 48 t/23 h. At a temperature level of 18 to -25 deg C, ammonia is used as a refrigerant.
