THIS POTENTIALITY IS SHOWN BY THE EXAMPLE OF A FRENCH FIRM WHICH, THANKS TO ITS DIRECT CONNECTION WITH CONSUMERS, PRODUCES 900 T FROZEN STEAKS PER MONTH, PROGRAMMING IN ADVANCE THE PURCHASES OF FORE QUARTERS OF BEEF AND PRODUCTION. SUCH AN ORGANISATION PROVIDES A VERY CLOSE MANAGEMENT OF STOCKS WHICH ARE LIMITED, HENCE A DECREASE IN STORAGE AND INVESTMENT COSTS. G.G.
