Summary
The effect of wax application, storage temperature (4 or 21 °C) and storage time (14 or 28 days after wax application) on grapefruit gland oil composition was examined. Compounds like nonanal, nootkatone, beta-pinene, alpha-phellandrene, octanol, trans-linalool oxide, cis-rho-mentha, 8-dien-1-ol, limonine, citronellal, alpha-terpineol, neral, dodecanal, alpha-humulene were evaluated. Some conclusions are drawn.
