DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTALLATION FOR HOT WATER AND COLD WATER PRODUCTION, ASSURING THE CONTROL OF THE TEMPERATURES IN THE VATS USED FOR WINE TREATMENT, USING A HEAT PUMP WITH COLD AND HOT WATER STORES AND AUXILIARY RESERVOIRS.
