Summary
Hoek Loos Belgium has recently commissioned a recycling unit for CFC refrigerants. The exclusive Benelux distributor of Du Pont de Nemours refrigerants hopes to use this installation to cope with the still current demand for recycled CFC refrigerants. These CFC refrigerants are the only ones which will be permitted in installations from 1 January 1995. This will apply until 1 January 1998. There will be a complete ban on the use of CFCs after this date and the sector will be completely converted to alternatives.
