Summary
To push ammonia and the lack of unambiguous, transparent, feasibility calculations are the most important factors for the stay behind of the supermarket branch related to the use of natural refrigerants. A transcritical booster design including heat recovery has one of the best potentials in the near future to develop into a new "green" solution.
