Summary
The hygienic aspects in the refrigerated transport vehicle can be divided in two main parts. Part one is the construction of the insulated body and the refrigerant unit according hygienic aspects. And part two is the cleaning and disinfection of the insulated bodies with or without a refrigerant unit when they are in service.
