Ice fraction error calculation in ice slurries.

Summary
As any system implementing the phase change of a mixture of pure compounds (here: aqueous solution + ice/water), the heat transfers are made at almost constant temperatures. The measurement of ice concentration becomes necessary since the knowledge of the pressure and of the temperature is not sufficient to predict the energy level of the fluid. The objective of the study is to present the calculation errors induced by the parameters which are involved in a calorimetric measurement method of the ice contents of ice slurries. The accuracy of this type of method will also be estimated.
