SAMPLES OF STERILE MEAT WERE INOCULATED WITH HIGH CONCENTRATION OF SALMONELLA TYPHIMURIUM, S. ENTERITIDIS, S. DUBLIN AND S. ANATUM. AFTER 2 TO 3 MONTH STORAGE AT 243 K (-30 DEG C) THE SAMPLES WERE THAWED AND MIXED WITH BUFFERED PEPTONED WATER (900 MILLIL). THE SOLUTIONS WERE PRE-ENRICHED AT 310 K (37 DEG C) DURING 20 HRS AND ISOLATION WAS MADE ON AN ENRICHED MEDIUM, THEN A SELECTIVE MEDIUM WITH SAMPLING OF 1 MILLIL. (Bibliogr. int.
