TWO EXPERIMENTAL SALMONELLA STRAINS WERE INOCULATED TO FROZEN GROUND BEEF SAMPLES AT FOUR TEMPERATURES: 298, 283, 279, 273-275 K (25, 10, 6, 0-2 DEG C). THE RESULTS ARE CONCERNED WITH BACTERIAL GROWTH, FLORA COMPOSITION AND RESPECTIVE PERCENTAGES, SALMONELLA COUNT AND THE SEARCH FOR SALMONELLA IN 10, 1 AND 0.1 G SAMPLES.
