Summary

THE IN VITRO INDUCED AGGREGATION OF CRYOPRESERVED PLATELETS WAS TESTED AS A FUNCTION OF THE CONCENTRATION OF SINGLE AND PAIRED INDUCERS. FROZEN PLATELETS SUFFERED A CONSIDERABLE LOSS IN SENSITIVITY TO SINGLE AGGREGATING AGENTS, WHEREAS THE RESPONSE TO LOW CONCENTRATIONS OF AGENTS WAS MAXIMUM WHEN USED IN PAIRS.
