Summary
Results on the storage of "Washington navel" and "Valencia late" oranges maintained at 3, 6 and 14 deg C, to study their cold storage properties, in relation to certain metabolic and pathological processes. The results obtained show a significantly higher percentage of mould and cold injury with oranges of the "Washington navel" variety .
