Summary

THE TEMPERATURE OF THE SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION POINT, T, SECOND CRITICAL FIELD, ELECTRIC RESISTANCE, MAGNETIC SUSCEPTIBILITY AND NQR OF OXIDIC CERAMICS, IRRADIATED BY FAST NEUTRONS AT LIQUID NITROGEN TEMPERATURE ARE INVESTIGATED AS WELL AS THE STRUCTURE. THE RESULTS INDICATE THAT LOCALIZED STATES EXIST IN THE SYSTEM EVEN WHEN THE DEGREE OF DISORDER IS SMALL. LOCALIZATION LEADS TO A DECREASE IN T AND THE SUPERCONDUCTIVITY IS COMPLETELY SUPPRESSED IN THE REGION OF STRONG LOCALIZATION. THE EFFECTS OBSERVED ARE INTERPRETED THEORETICALLY.
