Summary
Mango cv. Zi Hua fruits were stored at 2, 5, 8 or 11 deg C. Chilling injury was observed after 15 days at 2 deg C and after 34 days at 5 deg C, but was not observed in fruits stored at 8 deg C. Changes in respiration rate, skin permeability, ethylene evolution and polyamine and ACC contents were also monitored during storage.
