Measurements of specific heat capacity of gaseous HFE-347pcf2 using a flow calorimeter.

Summary

The specific isobaric heat capacity was measured for HFE-347pcf2 (1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,2-trifluoroethylether) in the gas phase. HFE 347pcf2 has a lower GWP value of 580 and is one of new environmentally-friendly solvents and potential refrigerants. Eleven measurements for HFE-347pcf2 were primarily obtained at temperatures from 318 to 363 K and at pressures from 0.05 to 0.17 MPa. The expanded uncertainty (k= 2) of the temperature measurements is estimated to be less 78 mK, and that of the pressure measurements is less 16.5 kPa. The expanded uncertainty for heat capacity, is estimated to range around 31 J/kg.K.
