Summary
The shelf life of Triumph persimmons is 8 weeks when vacuum-packed and 20 weeks when packed under nitrogen. The shelf life is extended to 7 months if the fruits are treated with gibberellin at -1 deg C prior to modified-atmosphere packaging.
