Summary
Effect of the atmosphere composition and the permeability characteristics (i.e., gas, water vapour) of flexible plastic packaging on the keeping time of Brussels sprouts during storage at 0 deg C (1-56 days), then at 20 deg C for 7 days. Quality was preserved well for 56 days at 0 deg for two packages (with the exception of the perforated-film packaging).
