Natural refrigerants in supermarket refrigeration.
Author(s) : ELEFSEN F.
Summary
This paper describes the performance of a refrigerating plant used for supermarket display cases. In the machine room, a high stage propane refrigeration loop cools a glycol water loop for the positive temperature display cases, but also a low stage CO2 refrigeration loop. Liquid CO2 is distributed in the low temperature evaporators of the display cases.
