New desiccants for R134a and other CFC substitutes.
[In German. / En allemand.]
Author(s) : THAMM H.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Molecular sieves have long since proven themselves as effective desiccants in refrigerating circuits with R12, R22 and other fluids. But the conventional, type 4A sieve does not perform nearly as well with R134a. The author presents a newly developed sieve that has the same adsorptive and mechanical qualities with R134a as with R12 and R22.
