This notice is for companies planning to import into the European Community, in 1997, the following substances from third countries: CFC (chlorofluorocarbons) 11, 12, 13, 113, 114 or 115 ; other fully halogenated CFCs ; halons 1211, 1301 or 2402 ; carbon tetrachloride ; trichloro-1,1,1-ethane ; methyl bromide ; hydrobromofluorocarbons or hydrochlorofluorocarbons.
