Type of article: Article
Summary
Fishery markets, especially raw tuna auction centres, require low temperature in summer time to provide food safety. Auction centres, however, do not want to drastically change the conventional centre and auction methods. A newly developed open top type air-conditioning system takes into consideration the conventional centre and provides a flexible low-temperature environment.
