Partial hybrid compression heat transformer heat pump.

Number: 1034

Author(s) : STAICOVICI M. D. N.

Summary

Paper presents new Partial Hybrid Compression Heat Transformer (PHCHT) heat pump, joining Partial Hybrid Compression and Heat Transformer in an Absorption (ATS) and Mechanical Compression (MVCTS) synergy. A lemma proves heating COP. PHCHT is modelled. Heat is produced and stored during night time for entire day use. ATS and MVCTS operate with ammonia-water and ammonia. 1st results hold for yearly household WWH of β‰ˆ 55oC for a selection of 36 cold and temperate climates. Ground water and air are heat and sink. Average temperatures come of weather channels, π‘‡β„Žπ‘  ∈ [6,5℃, 23,0℃] and π‘‡π‘›π‘–π‘”β„Žπ‘‘ π‘Žπ‘–π‘Ÿ ∈ [βˆ’3,5℃, +8,45℃]. COP is by (10 βˆ’ 120)% higher comparatively. 2nd results describe a typical cold night zone (Romania). Yearly COP is higher by ~ 150 % comparatively. Despite that PHCHT needs cca. twice more ground heat as
compared to MVC heat pump, results show PHCHT could bring important primary energy savings worlwide.
