PEROXIDASE ACTIVITY WAS MEASURED PRIOR TO AND AFTER STORAGE OF JONATHAN, STARKING AND GOLDEN DELICIOUS APPLES OF DIFFERENT CROPS. CA STORAGE OR STORAGE IN NORMAL ATMOSPHERE INCREASES THE ACTIVITY OF THIS ENZYME.
