The most dynamic family among quick-frozen products in France in 1994 pizzas experienced an increase in sales volume ranging from 10 to 15%. Despite the smaller increase in turnover (a fall in average price per kilogramme), the market operators keep on innovating, especially in sectors with high added value. And it works!
