VINIPAL AND GASQUET CONTINUOUS TREATING UNITS LEAD TO A STABILISATION OF POTASSIUM BITARTRATE PRACTICALLY IDENTICAL TO THAT OBTAINED BY CONVENTIONAL STORING AT LOW TEMPERATURES IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET: USE OF WINES PREFILTRATED ON KIESELGUHR.
