THE TESTS CARRIED OUT WITH THE ALFA-LAVAL -CRYSTAL-FLOW CONTINUOUS COLD TREATMENT OF WINES IN VIEW TO TARTARIC STABILISATION SHOWED THAT THIS UNIT GIVES A QUITE MARKED DECREASE IN THE TRACES OF POTASSIUM BITARTRATE IN SOLUTION.
