THE CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED OF THE FINAL PRODUCT CAN BE OBTAINED IF PRE-DETERMINED PROCESS DATA FOR THE PRODUCT ARE MEASURED, MONITORED AND CONTROLLED DURING THE PROCESS. THE REPRODUCIBILITY OF THE PROCESS IS ENSURED BY A MICROCOMPUTER.
