Summary
There are only a handful of quick-frozen food packaging specialists and Conegan is one of them. Its annual production of 15,000 tonnes makes it the largest independent firm in this field. Conegan has not only doubled the capacity of its Wilmille site - it has also implemented a diversification strategy.
