Recent progress in thermodynamic property studies of alternative refrigerant mixtures.

Summary
The paper focuses on the current state of the art on the possible alternative refrigerants to replace HCFC-22 which is being applied almost exclusively to conventional air conditioning and heat-pumping equipments worldwide. Special emphasis is also provided to discuss the recent progress in thermodynamic property studies of binary and/or ternary HFC refrigerant mixtures and some of the recent findings on the cycle performance using these HFC mixtures.
