Summary

This document is the Spanish translation of the recommendations of the IIR. These recommendations were prepared by an IIR working party set up in October 2000 with as mandate the preparation of the Codex Draft Revised Code of Practice for the Processing and Handling of Quick Frozen Foods. This mandate was assigned to the IIR by the Commission of the Codex Alimentarius.
