Refrigerant management in the Republic of Croatia.

Summary
Due to the relatively low consumption rates of ozone depleting substances (annual per capita consumption of ODS is less than 0.3 kg), Croatia has a grace period and must complete the phaseout process by 2010. It is estimated that CFC use will be reduced to zero by 2010.
