THEY ARE TROPICAL FRUIT (PINEAPPLE, BANANA, AVOCADO, MANGO) WHOSE MARKETS EXPANDED RAPIDLY. THIS INCREASE OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES REQUIRES: THE BIRTH OF A NEW GENERATION OF PRODUCERS ; THE ESTABLISHMENT, IN DEVELOPED COUNTRIES, OF A NEW GENERATION OF IMPORTERS ; AN EFFORT TO PROMOTE CONSUMPTION ; ADEQUATE INFRASTRUCTURES OF PRECOOLING EQUIPMENT ; PROMOTING NEW VARIETIES OF FRUIT.
