Type of article: Article
Summary
Watercore occurrence was completely inhibited at 25 °C, whereas fruits subjected to 10 or 15 °C exhibited significantly higher watercore ratings after 2 or 3 weeks of the treatment than those at 25 °C and ambient temperatures. Differences existing between two cultivars, Himekami and Fuji, are highlighted.
