Summary

In this article, the authors discuss specific requirements which must be fulfilled by vehicles used for transporting food products. First, they present the temperatures at which selected food products should be transported and some practical suggestions for transporting frozen foods. Insulated bodies and the equipment ensuring the required environment and temperature recording are characterized.
