Retrofitting of refrigeration machinery and recovery of CFCs.
Author(s) : NOWOTNY S.
Summary
The retrofitting of refrigeration machines originally operated with CFCs is completed in industrialized countries while in developing countries these activities are being studied. The reason is the Montreal Protocol Fund which is concentrated on the phase-out of CFCs in the production of new refrigerating equipment. Retrofitting is a very complex procedure which includes a number of sophisticated steps.
