STUDY OF THE SOLID LOSS MECHANISM IN WHOLE OR PEELED PRAWNS. FIRSTLY, WATER IS ABSORBED WITHOUT SOLID LOSS CAUSING AMAXIMUM WEIGHT INCREASE.
