TABLES GIVE FOR EACH SHOP SURVEYED THE MAGNITUDE OF THE SHOP, THE LENGTH OF SHELVES FOR FROZEN FOODS AND THE PERCENTAGE DEVOTED TO MEAT, DELICATESSEN AND OFFALS AND THE NUMBER OF MAKES. FOR EACH MEAT FAMILY AND SUB-FAMILY (BEEF, PORK, VEAL, MUTTON) AND DELICATESSEN, TABLES DETAIL THE NUMBER OF REFERENCES AND FACINGS.
