Summary
The results of investigations of the process of cultivation of different types of microorganisms on a medium containing soya proteins are presented in this article. A processing technology for cultured and protein products as well as of ice cream using a liquid soya base, soya proteins and soya protein paste is developed. The results of clinical tests are sufficient to recommend new foods for curative and preventive nutrition.
