AFLATOXIN M1 WAS STABLE TO FREEZING IN BOTH ICE CREAM AND ORANGE SHERBET MADE WITH NATURALLY CONTAMINATED MILK. THE AFLATOXIN M1 CONTENT OF ICE CREAM AND SHERBET REMAINED STABLE THROUGH 8 MONTHS OF FROZEN STORAGE. THERE WAS AN APPARENT INCREASE OF AFLATOXIN M1 AFTER SHERBET MIX WAS PREPARED FROM MILK.
