THE POSSIBLE STORAGE OF DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF HOME AND IMPORTED CABBAGE WAS STUDIED. IT WAS ESTABLISHED THAT IN COLD ROOMS AT 273 K (0 DEG C) + OR -1 K AND 90% RH + OR -5%, HOME CABBAGE VARIETIES CAN BE STORED 5 TO 6 MONTHS AND IMPORTED VARIETIES 7 TO 8 MONTHS.
