EXPERIMENTAL DATA ON MODIFIED ATMOSPHERE STORAGE OF ORANGES, POMELOS, PINEAPPLES, BANANAS, MANGOS AND PAPAYAS PRODUCED VIETNAM, ARE PRESENTED. A CORRELATION HAS BEEN DEFINED TO DETERMINE THE SURFACE AREA OF THE MEMBRANE WHICH IS SELECTIVE TO VARIOUS GASES TO ENSURE THE OPTIMUM COMPOSITION OF THE ATMOSPHERE.
