THE PURPOSE OF INVESTIGATIONS WAS STUDYING TWO COOLING SYSTEMS FOR THE STORAGE OF VEGETABLES (CARROT, CELERIAC, SCORZONERA, TURNIP ROOTED PARSLEY, HORSERADISH, RADISH, BUTTERHEAD LETTUCE, KOHLRABI, CAULIFLOWER, LEEK): JACKETED COLD STORE AND CONVENTIONAL COLD STORE. IN THE FORMER RELATIVE HUMIDITY WAS ABOUT 97% AND IN THE LATTER ABOUT 93%.
