Summary

Postharvest, table grapes are subject to decay due to Botrytis and also lose water. These problems reduce the shelf life. In this study, Vitis Vinifera L. (Thompson seedless and Tas-e-Ganesh) grapes were stored in Chimney packs and stored at 0 plus or minus 1°C for 30, 45, 60, or 70 days. Quality attributes were maintained for 60 days under these conditions.
