COMPARISON OF THE EFFECTS OF STORAGE OF MILKFISH IN DIRECT CONTACT OR WITHOUT CONTACT WITH ICE ON THE CONSTITUENTS AND THE ACCEPTABILITY OF THIS FISH. THE STORAGE LIFE OF FISH WITHOUT DIRECT CONTACT WITH ICE IS BETTER.
