Summary
Study during chilled storage of weight loss, sensorial characterisitics and microflora in ready-to-use broccoli, spinach and asparagus in flexible OPP, LDPE, RDF-106 or PVC packaging. Changes in the atmosphere composition in the package was determined. For broccoli PVC packaging gave the best results, while OPP was best for spinach and RDF-106 was most suited to asparagus.
