Summary

The influence of chamber pressure and shelf temperature on sublimation rate and sublimation temperature were studied. When the chamber pressure is below a level for certain products, there is no increase of sublimation rate if chamber pressure decreases at a constant sublimation temperature. The method to achieve the proper drying conditions in practice is discussed further.
