THESE PROBLEMS ARE BEING TACKLED BY CONSTRUCTING NEW REFRIGERATING INSTALLATIONS OF STANDARD DESIGN, STANDARDISING FACILITIES FOR MEAT PRECOOLING, FREEZING AND FROZEN STORAGE AND BY USING STANDARD VARIANTS OF MODELS WHEN RECONSTRUCTING EXISTING INSTALLATIONS. THESE DISCIPLINES WILL ENABLE THE OBSERVANCE OF PARAMETERS ON CURRENT TECHNOLOGY AND TECHNIQUES IN THE REFRIGERATION OF MEAT AND IN THE RATIONAL AND ECONOMIC UTILISATION OF INVESTMENTS.
